About the role

We run Google and Meta campaigns with the same discipline we bring to engineering: measured, compliant, and accountable. You will own paid acquisition for US-facing telecom and consumer brands, working closely with our web and design team so landing pages, tracking, and ad copy come together as one system rather than separate handoffs.

What you'll do

Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for Ziatan and Assured Saving
Own budget, bid strategy, and campaign structure across search, display, and social
Build and optimize landing pages with design and dev, with conversion tracking set up right
Audit ad claims and copy for compliance before launch
Report spend, results, and next steps in plain language
Track and attribute organic, paid, and affiliate traffic accurately
Run A/B tests on creative, copy, and landing pages — and act on results
Stay ahead of Meta and Google policy changes
Catch creative or copy that could get flagged (like icons resembling another brand's trademark) before it goes live
Handle ad disapprovals and account suspensions, including appeals and reinstatement

What you need

2–3 years of hands-on experience managing live Google Ads and Meta Ads budgets, with measurable results you can speak to
Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Ads Manager
Comfort with conversion tracking, pixel setup, and attribution modeling
US-market campaign experience is a strong plus — particularly telecom, comparison, or lead-gen verticals
Clear, direct communication — you'll work with the lead engineering team directly
Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus, not a requirement

About the role

We build full-stack products and the AI agents inside them: multilingual voice agents handling live sales calls, back-office agents keeping CRMs current, and the web platforms around them. Our development process is AI-first — modern AI coding tools are part of the daily workflow, applied with rigorous engineering judgment. You will own features end to end — frontend, backend, agents, and deployment — for our US brands. Early-career candidates are welcome: we evaluate working software, including substantial personal projects, over years of experience.

What you'll do

Ship full-stack features end to end — React/Next.js frontends, Python, PHP or Node backends, real deployments
Design and build task-specific AI agents for real workflows: lead qualification, CRM updates, call handling, order handoff
Apply AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery while owning correctness, security, and final review
Deploy and operate systems in production on Google Cloud and classic hosting, with monitoring and runbooks
Implement guardrails: call auditing, compliance-safe wording, human handoff logic when it matters
Measure agents against ground truth — real call recordings and task outcomes, not synthetic benchmarks
Integrate with Zoho CRM and telecom provider APIs, including retry logic and failure handling

What you need

A portfolio of working software you can present and explain — production experience is preferred; substantial personal and open-source projects are equally considered. Freshers welcome
Full-stack fundamentals: proficiency across a JavaScript/TypeScript frontend and a Python, PHP or Node backend
Daily fluency with AI coding assistants, combined with the judgment to review and validate their output
Understanding of how to evaluate agent output against real-world ground truth rather than demo performance alone
Working knowledge of cloud deployment is a plus, ideally Google Cloud (Cloud Run, Firestore, Cloud Tasks or equivalents)
Comfort owning a system end to end in a small team — design through production support
